Back in my uni days, when self-made stress was high, I randomly signed up for a yoga class at the gym. At first, I thought yoga was just about the poses—a purely physical exercise not specifically focusing on breathing or meditation. But even in that basic setup, yoga started working its magic on me. I was drawn back time and again, discovering that yoga is much more than physical postures—it's about creating a space for peace and presence in everyday life. In my teaching, I try to steer clear of typical yoga stereotypes and focus on what genuinely helps each individual find their flow.

For me, teaching yoga transcends just earning a living; it’s a lifestyle that I cherish and try live by. I'm passionate about not only practicing things in that area but also sharing its cool facts and benefits with others. I find joy in the little things and bring a playful, yet approachable style to explaining. My goal is to ensure that you leave feeling better than before you arrived. And don't take anything too seriously and never forget to add a sprinkle of playfulness. 😄
